WashU Conference Services offers a wide range of rental spaces for camps, workshops, conferences and seminars.

From intimate meeting rooms to large auditoriums, we can accommodate groups of up to 750 guests. Whether you’re hosting a national conference or a youth camp, we provide comprehensive support to ensure a seamless experience. 

For those seeking a traditional conference setting where meetings and dining are conveniently located in the same building, the Danforth University Center (DUC) is the perfect solution. The DUC features 17 rentable spaces with capacities ranging from 12 to 100 guests, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology and standard amenities to enhance your event. 

If you’re looking for a classroom setting, we offer top-tier learning spaces with a wide selection of pooled classrooms to choose from. Whether you need a small, standard classroom or a large auditorium, we have the perfect space to accommodate your classes or workshops. Our classrooms provide a professional and engaging environment for your program. 

If you’re hosting a banquet or awards ceremony, we offer a variety of elegant spaces across campus, perfect for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. Each venue is equipped with built-in technology to ensure a memorable event.

If your event requires a general session, we have several options on campus big or small. Our campus hosts a state-of-the-art theater that can hold up to 550, as well as our beautiful Graham Chapel, that seats 650. If you are looking for larger spaces, we also offer our athletic complex, where we can host up to 750 banquet style. We’ll help you plan the best location for your assembly or general session.  

WashU offers a variety of additional spaces across campus to fit your needs. The Anheuser-Busch Law School features multiple classrooms along with the stunning Crowder Courtyard, perfect for gatherings and receptions. 

For executive accommodations or special events, the Charles F. Knight Center provides a premium experience with hotel and dining services, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay for your guests.

For an intimate yet spacious dining experience, the Whittemore House offers the perfect setting. Located right on campus, this charming venue accommodates up to 300 guests, providing both indoor and outdoor options to suit any occasion. Whether you’re planning a corporate event, wedding reception, or special celebration, the Whittemore House combines historic elegance with modern convenience to create a truly memorable experience.
